Common questions

How do I join? Ask your pastor or church staff for your church’s code, then choose “Join your church” in the app.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?” and we’ll email you a reset link.

How do I report something? Tap ⋯ on any request or conversation, or “Report” under an encouragement. Your church staff review every report.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete my account. Your data is removed after a 30-day grace period.
